Brin Front Desk

Stop losing clients because nobody answered.

A med spa loses clients to the phone. The front desk is with a client, or it is evening, or it is the weekend, and the caller rings the next practice instead. Brin Front Desk answers those calls using only the answers you approved, captures who called and what they wanted, takes the appointment request for your team to confirm, and passes anything clinical to your team.

The demo runs in your browser, and no account is needed. Introductory pricing from $79 a month, with 200 call minutes included. No setup fee, and your first payment is refunded in full if you cancel within 14 days.

The Problem

A Missed Call Is a Missed Consultation

For a med spa, the phone is the front door. When it rings and nobody picks up, the caller rarely leaves a voicemail and waits. They ring the next practice on the list.

It seldom happens because anyone did something wrong. It happens because the team was busy doing the actual work, and evenings and weekends are exactly when clients finally get a minute to call.

  • Your front desk is with a client in the room
  • It is evening, a weekend, or a holiday
  • The line is already busy with another caller
  • The call comes in mid-treatment, when nobody can step away
  • The voicemail waits until someone has a minute to check it

What It Does

Someone Answers, Every Time

Every call ends in one of three places: a question you approved gets answered, a request or message gets captured, or anything that belongs with a person is escalated to your team. None of them is a guess.

Answer

  • The calls your team cannot take, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Only what you approved: hours, location, services, policies, and published prices
  • Every caller hears it is a virtual assistant and that the call is transcribed

Capture

  • Who called, why, and the number to call back
  • Leads worth following up, and messages for a named person
  • Appointment requests for your team to confirm

Escalate

  • Clinical questions always go to your team, never answered
  • Your own emergency script is read, and your team is told immediately
  • Anything outside what you approved is captured and passed on

Where It Stops

What It Will Not Do

An assistant that guesses costs a med spa more than one that says it does not know. So the limits are built in, not left as settings.

Brin Front Desk is not a medical provider and gives no clinical advice. It says only what your practice wrote or approved, and every caller is told up front that they are speaking with a virtual assistant.

  • It never answers a clinical question. Symptoms, side effects, and whether a treatment suits someone are captured and passed to your team, never answered.
  • It never invents an answer. If you have not approved it, the assistant says so and takes the question for you.
  • It never claims a booking it did not make. A caller hears that a time is requested, not confirmed, until your team confirms it.
  • It quotes only your published prices. No custom quotes, no discounts, and no interpreting insurance or financing.
  • It never quietly drops a caller. Every failure is recorded, and anything owed to that person still reaches your team.

Who It Is For

Built for One Kind of Practice, on Purpose

Built with med spas and sold to med spas first: a single location, one phone number clients know, and a front desk that is often with a client in the room. Everything in it, from the answers it ships with to the questions it refuses, assumes that.

It Fits

  • A single location, with one phone number your clients know
  • A front desk that is often with a client in the room
  • Evenings, weekends, and holidays going to voicemail
  • Prices, hours, and policies you can write down and stand behind

Not Yet

  • Groups running several locations from one number
  • Confirming a time on the call: it takes the request, and your team confirms
  • Callers who need a language other than English
  • Replacing a CRM or taking payments
