Brin Front Desk text message terms
Brin Front Desk is a virtual phone receptionist operated by Brin Solutions for medical spas. These terms cover the text messages Brin Front Desk sends.
How you agree. When you call a line answered by Brin Front Desk and ask for an appointment, the virtual assistant asks you, before your request is taken: “Can Brin Front Desk text you at this number about this appointment? We only text about this appointment, usually once or twice. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time.” You are texted only if you say yes. Texting is never a condition of booking; if you say no, the practice calls you instead.
What we send. Only messages about the appointment you asked for: when the practice confirms or declines it, or when you move or cancel it. Usually one or two messages per appointment. Never marketing or promotions. Every message begins “Brin Front Desk:”.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your appointment.
Reply STOP to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
For help you can also call the practice on the number in your text, or email privacy@brinsolutions.com.
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
